WRIGHT Marwood Eugene Wright age 95 of Grand Rapids passed away July 5 2011. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years Joyce; children Randolph (Catherine) Wright Marsha Wright and husband Richard Griewski Julia (Jerry) Ellinger; grandchildren Phillip John Mark and Steven. Marwood graduated from Wayne State University served in the U.S. Army Air Force and was an active member of the Cascade American Legion. He loved bowling and enjoyed spending time on Reeds Lake and Thornapple River. Marwood was an avid Detroit sports fan embracing the Pistons Lions Red Wings and Tigers. He retired from DTE Energy. Above all else Marwood was a devoted husband father grandfather and church member. Memorial services will be held Saturday 4:00 PM at Cascade Christian Church Pastor Jill Forton officiating.
