Mary Elizabeth Shannon, age 92 of Canadian Lakes, passed away March 25, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband D. Daniel. She is survived by her children, Judith (Sam) Busetta, Joanne (Dennis) Kohan, Peggy (Mike) Marshall, Beth (Gary) Schlinkert; grandchildren, Jennifer (Ron) Jacobs, Sharon (Steve) Moeykens, Melissa (John) Greko, Jaime (Jeff) Greene, Daniel (Lindi) Buscetta, Craig (LaChelle) Schlinkert Julie (Joe) Chambers, Michael Patrick Marshall, Carly Schlinkert; and 10 great grandchildren. A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul the Apostle, 2750 Burton St. S.E., Grand Rapids, Msgr. Ernest P. Schneider presiding. Visitation one hour prior at church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to God’s Helping Hand, c/o St. Michael’s Parish, 8929 50th Ave., Remus, Michigan 49340.
