Paul Champion, Sr. age 79, went to be with his Lord and savior on Monday, October 1, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his brother and sister-in-law, Daniel and Margaret Champion and his sister and brother-in-law, Priscilla and Robert Johnson. He is also survived by his children, Paul, Jr. (Margaret), Cheryl, Michael, and Stephen; his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Robert and Christine Dandrow; his grandchildren, Paul III, Dana, Savanna, Chelsea and Jonathan; and his Granddog, Champ. He will be remembered for his deep abiding love for his Lord and his loving care for his family. Relatives and friends may meet the family Sunday 2-5 PM at the O’Brien-Eggebeen-Gerst Chapel, 3980 Cascade Rd. SE. A Rosary will be recited Sunday 5:00 PM. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 1449 Wilcox Park Dr, SE, Rev. James A. Chelich, presiding on Monday at 10:30 AM.
