HAMILTON Mr. Ronald W. Hamilton Jr. age 44 of Grand Rapids passed away July 18 2009. He was preceded in death by his father Ronald W. Hamilton Sr. Surviving are his loving wife of 22 years Sandy whom he met a Alma College; children Zachary and Kylie; mother Linda Hamilton; brother Randy Hamilton; parents-in-law Don (Connie) Studier; brothers-in-law Doug (Lori) Harmon Scott Studier (partner David West), Christopher (Karen) Studier Jeff Studier; nieces and nephews Marcus Whitney Alyssia Austin Casey Erica Andrea Allison Mark and Raina; and best friend Matt Gonzalez. Ron loved spending time with his wife and kids watching his kids play sports football coaching tailgating at MSU games and listening to Jimmy Buffett. . . Ron made the best cheeseburgers in paradise. He was a 1983 graduate from Powers Catholic High School in Flint; he played football at Alma College then graduated from UNC Greensboro in 1988 Phi Beta Kappa. Visitation will be July 20 2009 from 2-8 PM at the OBrien-Eggebeen-Gerst Funeral Home 3980 Cascade Rd SE. Service July 21 2009 with Pastor Phil Niekerk officiating at the funeral home.
