ZIMMERMAN – Sharon (Wingeier) Zimmerman aged 58 of Nashville TN formerly from Alto passed away February 18 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents David and Bertha Wingeier. She is survived by her husband of 37 years Terry; five children Bryan Doug (Sara), Suzanne Bradley and Kristen; four grandchildren; Nicholas Benjamin Samuel and Annemarie; brothers Stanford (Elaine) Wingeier Larry (Carol) Wingeier and Bruce (Tammi) Wingeier all of Alto. She graduated from Lowell Senior High School and went on to graduate from Illinois State University in 1973. Terry and Sharon were married in June of 1970. Later they moved to Brazil South America in 1998 to be involved in missionary work with Project Amazon and were there until December of 2005 then moved back to the states to Nashville TN. Sharon had been ill for three years before her death. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. on February 22nd at the Roth-Gerst Funeral Home 305 N. Hudson St., Lowell. Interment Bowne Cemetery.
