NEIS On March 28th 2011 Thomas Michael Neis age 51 of Largo FL passed away surrounded by family. Formerly of Grand Rapids MI Tom attended St. Thomas the Apostle School and graduated from Catholic Central High School. He lived in Florida for almost 20 years and worked as a nurseryman. He is preceded in death by his father William L. Neis. He is survived by his mother Virginia R. Neis; sister Mary (Dick) White Cathy Neis (Jay Fowler), and Anne Neis; brothers William John and Matthew; and nieces Michelle Benjamin Mellissa (George) Russo Emily Fowler and Theresa Fowler and nephew Joe (Jennifer) Casares. He will be fondly remembered as the best uncle ever by special buddy and nephew Riley Neis; great nieces Lily Benjamin Arienna Russo and great nephews Alex Russo and Joe Oscar Casares III. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Saturday 10:30 AM at St. Thomas the Apostle Church 1449 Wilcox Park Dr. SE Rev. James A. Chelich presiding. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to the service at church.
